Welcome to Open Press Notes. The idea is called no throne. A knowledge monarchy is a place where one person decides what everyone else may read. Pulse Beat wants the opposite: a social space where pieces are written by many people, and the owner mostly keeps the door and the lamp. Today the owner still decides who may publish.
